Take the Marty Stuart-Madonna story:

"Stuart was on the same plane and went back to say hello to Madonna. Her bodyguard said, 'Madonna is not talking today.' Stuart, who is a country fashion plate, took himself and his hand-tooled fancy boots back to his seat. A little while later, one of Madonna's 'people' came up to say, 'Madonna would like to know where you got those boots.' "Stuart said, 'Marty Stuart is not talking today.' "
