In celebration of Marty Stuart's Golden Globe nomination for "Best Original Score" for All The Pretty Horses, an intimate party took place at the House of Blues Foundation Room in Los Angeles on January 19. A limited number of guests, including Mark McGrath (of Sugar Ray), Dan Aykroyd and Jon Lovitz, attended. Stuart and Earl Scruggs performed with special guests Billy Bob Thornton and Dwight Yoakam. Stuart completed the soundtrack Daddy & Them, which will be released by Miramax this spring, and is currently working on Waking Up In Reno for Thornton. Stuart is also spending time in the recording studio to help write and produce Thornton's first album as well as recording his own album and planning a tour.
