Marty Stuart beamed as he watched a 70-footradio tower hauled to the top of the new Country Music Hall of Fame under construction. "It's like watching a steeple being put on a new church of country music," the country singer said Thursday. "And it means we're one step closer to being in there. I feel good about that." The tower won't broadcast radio waves. It's being put on the downtown museum to symbolize WSM-AM the Nashville radio station that started the Grand Ole Opry. The new Country Music Hall of Fame is scheduled to open in May.
