Those who have followed Bluegrass for a while will know that Marty Stuart is a man of many talents: he has made a name for himself both in Bluegrass and Country music, is a great spokesman for the music, as well as a historian and student who has put together an amazing collection of artifacts like instruments, ephemera and clothing items of past musicians (the huge number of “Nudie suits” is an amazing collection in itself). So it may not be a great surprise to find that he is also an excellent photographer, and this book is a marvelous and beautifully presented sampling of his work since the early 1970s.
