Keith Urban Will Help Marty Stuart Celebrate Birthday On "Opry Live" |

Country star Keith Urban, who recently became a father to a baby girl along with his movie star wife Nicole Kidman, will help country singer Marty Stuart celebrate his 50th birthday on "Opry Live" this weekend. Urban, along with the Carolina Chocolate Drops and others, will help Stuart celebrate his birthday on the show that made country music famous - the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville. Host Nan Kelley will also be on hand to interview the artists backstage. Stuart starting his musical career at the age of 12, playing mandolin with the gospel act the Sullivans and then touring with Lester Flatt's band. He then did a stint in Johnny Cash's band, had several successful solo albums, all the while spreading his great "hillbilly rock" sound. "Opry Live," featuring Stuart's 50th birthday, will air on GAC starting September 27 at 9/8c. It will air several more times over the following days. By Jan Westmark |
