Superstar Spectacular - June 13, 2000

He came out and talked about the Opry Trust Fund (tickets sales from the Superstar Spectacular go to this). He talked about Gary Hogue and said that the Opry Trust Fund is paying Nikki's (Gary's wife) bills. Then, with only his mandolin, he played a song called "Sweet, Sweet Spirit" and dedicated it to Gary. He played a second song, but I'm not sure what it was called. It was a fast song. When the song was finished, he said, "Goodnight" and left the stage without a word.
