What a night!!! Marty and the Cowboys were fabulous!!! I can't say enough about it. It was a night that I will never forget. The opening act was great. I was on stage dancing with the lead singer. Made a fool of myself. But it was fun. Then out came Marty and the boys. He looked great and they all seemed to have such a good time. It brought tears to my eyes to see them so happy. Brad and Steve, of course, their usual selves looking at each other and laughing all through the night. Marty was singing a song and he caught me singing the words with him and stopped singing and let me finish. How much better does it get? Guess what? A lot better.Marty and the Cowboys were so relaxed and were appearing to be so happy to be back on the road again. The whole place was just lit up with excitement. Plus the fact that I was in the front row. Actually right next to Clarence and Glenda. I recognized them and said "hello." The band was using the other group's equipment and seemed to be laughing at each other every time that they were a little off key or something. It is in Marty's blood to be on the road and I know from that performance that he will indeed be back. He was so totally awesome as usual. What a fantastic person. The Cowboys are too. At the end, Marty signed and I got his book autographed. The highlight of the night for me. We were allowed to take pictures with him. Yeee Haaah!!! I got a great hug and and kiss on the cheek. I thanked Marty for letting me sing with him and he said "anytime." This was one night that I didn't want to end. Lastly, on my way out, I saw Brad and got not one but two hugs from him. What a sweetheart he is. He talked about his finger. Oh well, I thought I died and went to Hillbilly Heaven that night. I love Marty and the Cowboys!!! Review by Rosalie Keough, Export, PA |
